KeyShortcuts for Schools — Annual Classroom License

KeyShortcuts for Schools is an annual classroom-use license for educators who need printable keyboard-shortcut learning resources for enrolled students. The owner-approved price is $99 USD per school per year. District licenses are separate, cover explicitly agreed schools, and are scoped and quoted individually. All purchases and quotes are centralized in our Shop, which checks checkout readiness; a staged checkout is not an active purchase option.

Existing teacher-ready materials

The licensed library organizes two existing print-ready PDF collections: the Office and Google Workspace pack, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs and Google Sheets references, and the operating-systems pack, including Windows 11, Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS and Ubuntu references. It is a shortcut reference and computer-literacy supplement, not a curriculum, accredited course or learning management system. Resource updates are accessible during the paid annual term.

School classroom-use rights

Authorized teachers and staff at the licensed school may print and distribute approved classroom materials to currently enrolled students for instructional use during the active annual license. No student accounts or student personal information are required. Paid-only downloads require a private educator access link and an active paid entitlement; a public PDF URL is not used to grant access.

District license

Multiple schools and centralized purchasing need an agreed District scope. Request a District quote in Shop with the district name, adult contact and schools to be covered. The owner reviews the inquiry, agrees a quote, and prepares a Stripe invoice. A quote or inquiry alone grants no paid access. District licenses run for one annual term after verified payment and are renewed by an agreed new quote/invoice, not an arbitrary public Buy Now price.

Existing free resources remain free

Our free educator resources, public guides and free PDFs, free My Shortcut Stack and Switcher remain available. Existing permitted classroom printing of free material is not withdrawn. The annual license adds approved paid-material classroom-use rights and an organized printable library.

Separate products and limits

Individual PDF packs remain $4, the Complete Bundle remains $9, and personalized products remain $15 and $24. These are not school-wide or district-wide redistribution licenses. Teams remains a separate employee-onboarding and workplace-productivity offer.

No resale, public uploading of paid PDFs, sublicensing or redistribution outside the agreed licensed school/district is permitted. School subscriptions renew annually; the purchaser can cancel renewal in the billing portal and retain access through the paid term. Failed renewals do not extend access beyond the paid period.
